The intimate ambiance and surrounding ferry lit trees make the al fresco bar area make for a perfect drink under the twilight. The bar has been known to be one of the best kept secrets, because come Friday, its "TryBe Fridays" By Belvedere Vodka - the hippest club night in town where the uber chic come to let their hair down and groove to the city's best DJs. Starting from 2nd September, Mimolette introduces a Happy Hour: Every Tuesday to Friday from 6pm - 9pm. 1 for 1 House pour spirits by the glass (standard mixers) 1 for 1 Heineken draught or by bottle Every Friday night is a very exclusive Guest List Only party called Trybe. You need to be on the list or have a friend that is a member put you on the list. Mimolette does not entertain guestlist queries, but members of Facebook can look for "Trybe Doorbitch" and request to be her friend. She has the last say on who makes the list.
