Sunday CookOut Menu Cold Buffet: The cold buffet features Western picnic favorites like russet potato salad with turkey bacon bits and chives, fresh crisp salad with confit of cherry tomato, vegetable kebabs and grill marinated eggplant. BBQ Meats & Seafood: The BBQ pit serves up delicious meats from grilled chicken with pineapple, marinated lamb kebabs, an assortment of sausages and juicy beef steaks. What's a BBQ without hot dogs or Mimolette's very own mini burgers? There's even corn on the cob! For those seafood afficiandos, there's grilled fillet of seabass with rosemary and grilled squid with lemon and dill end off the hot menu. Dessert: An assortment of fresh cut tropical fruits along with some Jell-o for the kids are available at the cold buffet. There's also some tea time savories like freshly home made baked cakes, cookies, and tarts. Free Flow Beverages: To quench the thirst a la carte drinks are available or avail of our "all you can drink" liquid buffet for an extra $30. You will be able to enjoy Heineken Beer, Mimo Sangria and our special CookOut Marguerita all afternoon. Weekly A La Carte Gourmet Specials: Soon to join the menu is a list of gourmet BBQ items specially concocted by our executive chef, which are available a la carte.
